For Thailand and Singapore Customers

Delivery is free for all orders above THB 2000. 

A flat rate delivery fee of THB 150 is charged on orders below THB 2000. 

You can expect to receive your order within 7 - 10 working days from the date of order.

For International Customers

Delivery is free for all orders above THB 3000. 

For international orders below THB 3000, the following delivery fee applies base on your location. 

  • Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan: THB 250
  • Australia, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Brunei: THB 450
  • All other countries: THB 700

You can expect to receive your order within 7 - 14 working days from the date of order. 

Exchange & Returns

All orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless item is defective. It does not include damage during transit, as all items are checked throughly and packed carefully to ensure safe delivery.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund if the previously mentioned conditions are not met. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, please retain all evidence of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. 

Please note that all return items are dealt via mailing only.

In the event that we accept your return, we will make any refund due to you as soon as possible and generally within 20 days from the day which we receive the returned item. 

Promotional Items

All pre-order items, sales items, promotion items and/or items bought with discount codes are non-refundable. However, we are happy to assist with an exchange if you have received an incorrect or defective item. 

 

1. Your local courier will be in contact with you to confirm and arrange the delivery respectively once the item is in their hands.

2. All duties and taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you for your parcel to clear customs. *MAIIA has no control over such charges and we are unable to clearly inform you what the cost would be. Due to the fact customs policies and import duties vary in every county.
